Dalston Full Refurb

Working to a strict budget, and with the proviso of converting the flat, which would then be immediately offered to the market, this tired one-bedroom flat was cleverly converted into a generous two bed via some internal re-modelling and full refurbishment.

Occupying the lower ground floor of a converted Victorian townhouse, extensive work needed to be done to introduce a lot of natural light to the living space. We added an airy contemporary kitchen, digitally controlled under-floor heating, high thermal performance bi-fold doors and glazing.

Using our trade contacts with suppliers to optimise the budget, we created a great looking kitchen and bathroom which saw an offer accepted on the property almost immediately after completion of the works.
