Notting Hill Full Refurb

Working closely with an interior designer this Georgian town house was completely refurbished along with extensive structural re-modelling and an extension to the existing basement. The basement was excavated to a sufficient depth that the newly engineered steel frame to support the house could be hidden above the ceiling level thus creating a stunning kitchen/family room with a generous ceiling height, without clumsy bulkheads hiding steelwork. An existing coal vault was excavated, waterproofed and converted into an additional W.C.  A high spec home control system was installed to provide seamless integration and control of lighting, Audio and Video via an iPad/iPhone interface.
