Richmond Development Project

As the principal contractor, we undertook the conversion of this beautiful Victorian building of townscape merit, from three floors of commercial office space into six stunning luxury flats. An additional storey of living space was added by the conversion of the double loft space across the two old Victorian town houses. This allowed the two top penthouse flats to be split level. Working with a design team but without the direct involvement of an Architect, we navigated all the quirks and challenges of period building to produce some superbly presented and appointed apartments. All the Apartments let before, or within weeks of completion which meant we had a very happy customer!
