Tooting Extension & Refurb

Having been referred by a family Member and the architect, we took on this project by way of winning the Tender. Babbage Construction then managed the project from tender to completion. A large loft conversion allowed the addition of two bedrooms and a shower room and turned the property from a three bed, one bath terraced house, into a five bedroom family home with two bathrooms. A generous garden allowed for a 3m extension to the rear and by in-filling the side return a lovely spacious kitchen with living space onto the garden was created.

A full new electrical and plumbing installation and new family bathroom completed the full overhaul of the services. Retaining some core period features, while renewing all of the infrastructure and re-finishing to a high standard took the entire team’s skill and commitment. The results were fantastic, and the clients particularly happy that we finished on schedule, just in time for the arrival of their first baby!
