Working with an Architect and to a strict budget, this tired one bedroom flat was cleverly converted into a generous two bed via some internal re-modelling and addition of an airy contemporary kitchen extension with digitally controlled under-floor heating, high thermal performance bi-fold doors and glazing. A number of bespoke joinery pieces were commissioned in the traditionally styled part of the property to work seamlessly alongside restored period features.
