Balham Refurbishment

As a ‘Design & Build’ contract, a Pre-works package was commissioned for this job. We worked closely with the client’s vision and ideas to shape construction drawings and a full specification for this purpose built Victorian maisonette on the Heaver Estate conservation area in Balham. Re-ordering the internal layout, an en-suite was added, the bathroom moved, and the kitchen switched from one end of the property to the other. Utilising a number of our trade contacts with suppliers of high end finishes in order to optimise the budget, this fully refurbished flat looked superb on completion.
