Basements, Design & Build, Development, RefurbishmentsWorking again with a SW London architect we have regularly partnered with over the last ten years, we were contracted to work with our client’s and fit-out a two storey basement conversion of this delightful five storey South Kensington townhouse.
Listening carefully to the clients requirements for the works to feature plenty of built-in joinery to the lower ground floor and home office we also found creative solutions to bring in natural light wherever possible.
The project included an ensuite guest bedroom, underground gymnasium, painting studio and a new open-plan kitchen with dining maintained under the previous conservatory area now fitted with new lantern glazing and bi-fold doors opening onto a walk-on glass lightwell.
